This 45-minute working session is designed for founders, consultants, and leaders who want strategic clarity on complex projects, business decisions, or organizational challenges. In these sessions, we focus on helping you move forward quickly by identifying high-leverage actions, simplifying workflows, and developing practical systems that support your goals. Common topics we cover include: -structuring consulting or professional service businesses -project and workflow management -delegation and team building -organizational strategy and planning -communications, positioning, and business development This session works best if you come prepared with: -a specific challenge you’re navigating -a decision you need to make -a project or idea you want to move forward After our conversation, you will leave with: -clear next steps -strategic insights -practical tools or frameworks you can implement immediately
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed upon times based on availability. Clients are encouraged to book all four sessions at the beginning of each month to secure preferred times. Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled, except in emergencies at The Butterfly Effect's discretion. Package Validity This package includes four (4) coaching sessions and is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Unused sessions expire after the package expiration date. Session Length Each coaching session is 45–60 minutes and conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed. Communication Between Sessions Package includes reasonable email support for clarification and follow-up questions between sessions. Extensive strategy requests, deliverables, or project work outside scheduled meetings may require a separate consulting engagement. Refund Policy Due to the nature of professional consulting services, all coaching package purchases are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Results Disclaimer Coaching provides strategic guidance, accountability, and decision support. Client outcomes depend on implementation, participation, and external factors; therefore, specific business results cannot be guaranteed.
