The Greater Baltimore Climate Summit is an innovative gathering, inspired by forward-thinking programming of California’s Strategic Growth Council and designed to foster collaboration among agencies and organizations, build strong partnership capacity in the city and surrounding counties, and form strategic alliances dedicated to enhancing Baltimore's environmental infrastructure and programming capacity.

In response to the requests for legislative education at the inaugural Greater Baltimore Climate Summit (GBCS), the MD LCV Education Fund, in partnership with GBCS, provided an overview of how Environmental Justice and funding for climate solutions will be part of the state-level legislative landscape during the upcoming 2025 Maryland General Assembly session (1/8/2025 through 4/7/2025).
