Accelerating the Transition Conference Strategy Design, Management and Advising

Support planning and program development for the Accelerating the Transition (ATT) conference focused on climate innovation and clean energy deployment. 


Work includes advising on conference strategy, supporting speaker and partner engagement, and helping structure programming that convenes climate entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, and policy leaders. 


The engagement contributed to strengthening cross-sector collaboration and advancing dialogue around scalable climate solutions and clean energy investment.

Clean Energy, Workforce Development

Higher Education Clean Energy Program Advising & Partner Engagement

Advised on the strategic development of the GEMM COMM electrification workforce initiative, supporting early-stage ecosystem building and partner engagement. Work included designing the initiative’s partnership engagement strategy, facilitating founding partner discussions, developing stakeholder outreach infrastructure, and conducting early outreach to public-sector and utility partners including workforce development and energy stakeholders. The engagement focused on positioning the initiative to build cross-sector partnerships that support workforce pathways and electrification adoption across Maryland.

Prince George's Chamber of Commerce Equity in Procurement Program Management

Served as program manager supporting the Prince George’s County Chamber of Commerce Equity in Procurement (EIP) Program, a regional initiative designed to strengthen minority and small business participation in public and private procurement opportunities. 


Responsibilities included coordinating program operations, facilitating stakeholder engagement between corporate partners and small business participants, managing cohort communications, and supporting program delivery across workshops, technical assistance sessions, and networking events.

Provide technical assistance to an environmental nonprofit focused on strengthening organizational development, internal capacity building, and grant management systems to support program growth and operational sustainability.

Greater Baltimore Climate Initiative (GBCI) Design, Initiation, Implementation & Management

Manage the Greater Baltimore Climate Initiative (GBCI), a regional effort strengthening Baltimore’s climate ecosystem through partnerships, policy dialogue, and collaboration. 


Launched the Greater Baltimore Climate Summit (GBCS), convening over 1,400 leaders from government, academia, nonprofits, and industry and raising $90,000+ in sponsorships and grants to advance regional climate solutions.

Real Estate Development & Asset Management

Fractional COO Services & Real Estate Portfolio Operations Strategy

Provide fractional COO services supporting operational strategy for an $11M, multi-property real estate portfolio. Responsibilities included management systems design, operational analytics, financial reporting support, and coordination of people, processes, and projects.

Environmental Justice & Public Health

2025

Center for Engagement, Environmental Justice, and Health Symposium Project Management

Served as Symposium Project Management Consultant for the Center for Engagement, Environmental Justice & Health (CEEJH), a fiscally sponsored initiative of the Movement Strategy Center. The Butterfly Effect was contracted to support planning and execution of the Environmental Justice & Health Disparities Symposium. Responsibilities included developing the symposium project plan and execution strategy, managing weekly workgroup meetings, coordinating vendors and event logistics, overseeing communications and stakeholder outreach, and supporting the design and delivery of symposium programming and related special events.

US EPA Community Change Grant Program SME Technical Assistance

Provided subject matter expertise supporting Community Change Grant $20M program development and budget designs. 


Work included advising on budget design, compliance considerations, and project scoping to align with federal funding requirements and environmental justice priorities.

Justice 40 Tracking Tool Developpment

Led development of an environmental policy visualization initiative supporting the analysis of policy impacts through geospatial data, analytics, and digital visualization tools designed for policymakers, researchers, and community stakeholders.

Data Analytics & Program Evaluation

2022

National Science Foundation (NSF) Program Measurement and Evaluation

Provided consulting support to 3 contracts at University of Washington and UChicago as a Measurement and Evaluation Project Assistant (MEPA), eventually moving to project manager, contributing to multiple client-facing evaluation and analytics engagements. 


Responsibilities included coordinating project schedules, supporting stakeholder meetings, managing documentation, administering survey and interview data collection, and assisting with qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Work also included designing project plans in Smartsheet, automating project monitoring reporting including project budget workbooks and resource allocation plans, preparing data visualizations and supporting reporting to inform client decision-making.

HBCU Climate and Environmental Justice Screening Tool Development

Designed and developed an environmental policy impact visualization platform that enables stakeholders to analyze and understand the socioeconomic and environmental impacts of policy initiatives through accessible web-based tools and data visualization.
